Open the tubes in PSP.

File - open new transparent image 700x700.
Activate the tube Maskerlaag-Marijke-NW - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.

2.
Activate the tube raster - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - with this setting.

3.
Activate the tube element4 - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Activate move tool - place it left at the top.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

4.
Activate the tube tree - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it at the right side.

5.
Activate the tube streetlamp - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it at the left side.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

6.
Activate the tube hek - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it a little down - see example.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

7.
Activate the tube element1 - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
Layers - duplicate.
Image - mirror.

Activate the tube ial_fis_snowdrift - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
Layers - duplicate.
Image - mirror.
Layers - duplicate.
Place it left of the other and a little up - see example.
Layers - duplicate.
Place it left near the other - see example.

9.
Activate the tube MaryPop_snowyday_el(19) - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

10.
Activate the tube snowbal - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it left at the bottom - near the snowman.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

11.
Activate the tube element39l - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it right on the gate - near the snowman.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

12.
Activate the poser tube - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it in the middle at the bottom.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

13.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
