Open the tubes in PSP.

File - open new transparent image 700x700.
Activate the tube K.G.SweetHeart050 -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - with this setting.

Activate the tube K.G.SweetHeart032 -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Activate move tool - place it up.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

Activate the tube K.G.SweetHeart084 -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

Activate the tube K.G.SweetHeart036 -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it left on the letter L.
Make the image bigger - as below.
Erase the part of the bow.
Resize the image.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

Activate the tube K.G.SweetHeart037 -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it left on the letter O.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.
6.
Activate the poser tube -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it at the right side.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.
7.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
