Open the tubes in PSP.




Material

1.
File - open new transparent image 700x700.
Activate the tube whiteglittermask - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image
.

2.
Activate the tube starsglitter - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image
.
Activate move tool - place it right at the top.
Layers - duplicate.
Image - flip.
Image - mirror.
Layers - merge - merge down.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - with this setting.

3.
Activate the tube Cluster Frame Happy 4th of July - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image
.
Activate selection tool - cirkel - and make a selection - as below.

Layers - new raster layer.
Fill the layer with the foreground color #8ea3ba.
Layers - arrange - down.
Selections - select none.

Effects - Texture effects - Mosaic glass - with this setting.

Effects - Edge effects - enhance.
Activate the frame layer.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.
Activate raster 4.

5.
Activate the poser tube - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image
.
Erase the part what's comes under the frame.
Layers - duplicate.
Layers - arrange - bring to top.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.
Erase the part what is on the frame.

6.
Activate the tube balloons2 - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image
.
Place it left in the frame - see example.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
