Open the tubes in PSP.

Open new transparent image 700x700.
Open mask - copy - paste on the image.
2.
Open Gras - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
Layers - duplicate - mirror.
Layers - merge - merge down.
Layers - duplicate.
Place it a little up.
Layers - merge - merge down.
Give a drop shadow - with this setting.
3.
Open Frame2 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the top.
Give the same drop shadow.
4.
Open bgr.frame - copy - paste on the image.
Place it on the frame frame.
Layers - arrange - down.
Activate the top layer.
5.
Open dandy1 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the middle on the frame frame.
Give the same drop shadow.
6.
Open el8 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the top frame.
Give the same drop shadow.
7.
Open butterfly01 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it near the top frame - see example.
Give the same drop shadow.
Layers - duplicate - mirror.
Place it in the middle at the top.
8.
Open Element51 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the bottom frame.
Give the same drop shadow.
Set the opacity of this layer to 30.

Open Ele (56) - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom - see example.
Give the same drop shadow.
10.
Open belscrap fairies cluster - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom - see example.
Give the same drop shadow.
11.
Open Element1 -copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom - near the stone - see example.
Give the same drop shadow.
Layers - duplicate.
Image - resize 50% - all layers not checked.
Place it right of the other flower - see example.
12.
Open the poser tube - copy - paste on the image.
Place it at the right side.
Give the same drop shadow.
13.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
