Open the tubes in PSP.

Open new transparent image 700x700.
Fill this with the color white.

Open Feery de Noel Overlay (4) - copy - paste on the image.
3.
Open Seachell_NewYearParty_Watch2 - copy - paste on the image.
Set the opacity of this layer to 14.

Open Emmy_glitterbgr - copy - paste on the image.
5.
Open Emmydeco2 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it at the left side.
Give a drop shadow - with this setting.
6.
Open de poser tube - copy - paste on the image.
Place it at the left side.
Give the same drop shadow.
7.
Open HappyNewYear - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the top.
Give the same drop shadow.
8.
Open Emmychampagne - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
9.
Open Emmyoliebollen - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the middle at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
10.
Open Glas Champagne - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
11.
Open EleensDesign_CUvol104-4 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it under the letter E - see example.
Give the same drop shadow.
Erase left under of the hanger.
12.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
Ready is the tag
