Open the tubes in PSP.

Open new transparent image 700x700.
Open mask - copy - paste on the image.
2.
Open FM-Happy New Year Element-63 - copy - paste on the image.
Give a drop shadow - with this setting.
3.
Open bgr.frame - copy - paste on the image.
Layers - arrange - down.
4.
Open klokEmmy - copy - paste on the image.
Give the same drop shadow.
5.
Open EmmyHappyNewYear - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the top.
6.
Open Element (18) - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the top - see example.
Give the same drop shadow.
7.
Open EleensDesign_CUvol111-3 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
8.
Open decoEmmy2 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the middle at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
9.
Open de poser tube - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
10.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
