Before you begins.......
Open the tubes in PSP.

Open new transparent image 700x700.
Open mask - copy - paste on the image.
2.
Open hpd_COI_14 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the top.
Give a drop shadow - with this setting.
3.
Open hpd_COI_16 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
4.
Open hpd_COI_15 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the top.
Give the same drop shadow.
5.
Open hpd_COI_12 - copy - paste on the image.
Effects - Image effects - offset - with this setting.
Give the same drop shadow.
6.
Open hpd_COI_13 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it as in the example.
Give the same drop shadow.
7.
Open Frame1 - copy - paste on the image.
Give the same drop shadow.
Open bgr.frame - copy - paste on the image.
Place it on the frame frame.
Layers - arrange - down.
8.
Open je poser tube - copy - paste on the image.
Place it a little down.
Give the same drop shadow.
Erase all what comes under the frame.
Layers - duplicate.
Layers - arrange - up.
Give the same drop shadow.
Erase all what stays on the frame .
9.
Open firecrackerhat - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
10.
Open IBD_Hat - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
11.
Open freedom - copy - paste on the image.
Place it leftt at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
12.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
