used parts from different scrapkits
Before you begins.......
Open the tubes in PSP.
Material
I love You
1.
File - open new transparent image 700x700.
Set the foreground color at #800000 and the background color at white.
Make from the foreground a gradient sunburst - with this setting.
2.
Activate the tube ele44 -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Activate move tool - set this at the right side - see example.
Layers - duplicate.
Image - mirror.
Layers - merge - merge down.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - with this setting.
3.
Activate the tube cajoline_pearlsdarmour_addon_el8 -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.
4.
Layers - new raster layer.
Activate free hand selection tool - and make a selection - as below.
Fill the selection with the gradient.
Layers - arrange - down.
Selections - select none.
5.
Activate the posertube -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it so as below.
Activate the eraser - and erase the part under the frame.
Layers - duplicate.
Layers - arrange - up.
Erase the part on the frame, than looks like this below.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

Activate the tube 0_7d7c2_b1991f84_L -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it at the left side at the bottom.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.
7.
Activate the tube Lau_MusicOfFlowers_el(2) -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Image - resize 75% - all layers not checked.
Place it at the right side at the bottom.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.
8.
Activate the tube Lau_MusicOfFlowers_el(46) -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it at the right side at the bottom.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.
9.
Activate the tube pink gift box -
edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it in the middle at the bottom.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.
Layers - arrange - down - set it under raster 6.
10.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
