I use images from the internet.
The animation is from me.
Before you begins.......
Open the tubes in PSP.
Material
Police
1.
Open new transparent image 700x700.
Open Maskerlaag01 - copy - paste on the image.
2.
Open Emmyframe - copy - paste on the image.
Selected with the magic wand in the middle of the frame.
Selections - modify - expand 5 pixels.
3.
Layers - new raster layer.
Fill this layer with white.
Layers - arrange - down.
Selections - select none.
4.
Open police1 - copy - paste on the image.
Set the opacity of this layer to 38.
Activate the top layer.
Give a drop shadow - with this setting.
5.
Open auto - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right under the frame.
Give the same drop shadow.
6.
Open afdruk - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the middle at the bottom.
7.
Open policestar - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the middle near the afdruk.
Give the same drop shadow.
8.
Open handcuffs - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
9.
Open pepperspray - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
10.
Open police line - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the middle at the top in the frame.
Give the same drop shadow.
11.
Open police - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the middle at the top.
12.
Open de benny - copy - paste on the image.
Place it at the left side.
Give the same drop shadow.
13.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
Edit - copy.
14.
Open animation shop - edit - paste as a new animation.
Edit - select all - duplicate selected - and one more time.
Edit - select all.
15.
Open the animation Emmypolicelight.
Edit - select all.
Edit - copy.
16.
Activate the tag- (be sure that all frames selected)
Edit - copy - paste into selected frames.
Place it right at the top on the frame.
File - save as - give a name - click 3 times at next and than at finish.
Ready is the tag
