I use parts of different scrapkits.

Before you begins.......
Open the tubes in PSP.
Material
Happy Halloween
1.
Open new transparent image 700x700.
Open background -copy - paste on the image.
2.
Open DBV_HMelement (11) - copy - paste on the image.
Place it down.
Give a drop shadow - with this setting.
3.
Open frame3 - copy - paste on the image.
Stays right.
Give the same drop shadow.
4.
Open bgr. frame - copy - paste on the image.
Place it on the frame.
Layers - arrange - down.
Activate the top layer.
5.
Open DBV_TheWitchesDen_element (70) - copy - paste on the image.
Place it at the left side and up.
Give the same drop shadow.
Layers - duplicate - image / mirror.
Make raster 4 active.
6.
Open je poser tube - copy - paste on the image.
Place it at the top - see example.
Activate the eraser and erase the part what's comes under the frame.
Layers - duplicate.
Layers - arrange - move up - above raster 3.
Give the same drop shadow.
Erase the part at the bottom on the frame.
7.
Open spiderweb - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the top.
Layers - arrange - down - under copy of raster 5.
Activate the top later.
8.
Open deco 4 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
9.
Open kersen_2 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom on the grass.
Give the same drop shadow.
10.
Open element11 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the middle at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.

Open WA7b - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
12.
Open element18 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the top on the frame.
Give the same drop shadow.
Layers - duplicate - image - mirror.
Layers - merge - merge down.
Layers - arrange - down - under copy of raster 6.
Activate the top layer.
13.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
Ready is the tag
