Before you begins.......
Open the tubes in PSP.
Material
Welkom Sinterklaas
1.
Open new transparent image 800x700.
Open Emmymask - copy - paste on the image.

Open vloer - copy - paste on the image.
Layers - duplicate - image - mirror.
Layers - merge - merge down.
3.
Open HD_Tree - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the top.
4.
Open Eringen - copy - paste on the image.
Effects - Image effects - offset - with this setting.
Select with the magic wand the upper ring.
Selections - modify - expand 3 pixels.
Layers - new raster layer - fill this with the color #cd7993.
Effects - texture effects - blinds - with this setting.
Selections - select none.

Activate raster 4.
Select with the magic wand the bottom ring.
Selections - modify - expand 3 pixels.
Activate raster 5 - fill this with the color #cd7993.
Effects - texture effects - blinds - with this setting.
Selections - select none.
Activate raster 5 - Layers - merge - merge down.
Layers - arrange - down.
Activate the top layer.
Give a drop shadow - with this setting.
6.
Select with the magic wand the middle ring.
Selections - modify - expand 11 pixels.
Layers - new raster layer - fill this with white.
Layers - arrange - down - under raster 6.
7.
Open Emmytekst - copy - paste on the image.
Place it on the white circle.
Drag the text nicely.
Activate the top layer.
8.
Open Leny-tekst 71- copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the upper ring.
Give the same drop shadow.
9.
Open Man 48 - copy - paste on the image.
Layers - arrange - down - under raster 4.
Give the same drop shadow.
Erase what's comes under the frame.
Layer - duplicate.
Layers - arrange - up.
Erase the bottom border ring.
Activate the top layer.
10.
Open boek - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
11.
Open pepernoten - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
12.
Open sint shoe nm2 tiny tube - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the middle at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
13.
Open de poser tube - copy - paste on the image.
Place it at the right side.
Give the same drop shadow.
14.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
