I use parts of the scrapkit Springbunnies from Florju .

 Open the tubes  PSP.



Material

 

Spring Bunnies

 

 

1.
 File - open new transparent image 700x700.
Activate the tube florju_springbunnies_elmt(53) - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - with this setting.

2.
Activate the tube Emmybackground - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Layers - arrange - down.

3.
Activate the tube florju_springbunnies_elmt(64) - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Activate move tool - place it at the bottom - see example.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right
Activate the top layer.

4.
Activate the tube florju_springbunnies_elmt(72) - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it at the left side- see example.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

Activate the tube florju_springbunnies_elmt(62) - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it at the left side on the sign - see example.

Activate the tube florju_springbunnies_elmt(43) - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it right at the top - see example.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

Activate the tube florju_springbunnies_elmt(113) - edit - copy.
Edit - paste as a new layer on the image.
Place it in the middle on th frame - see example.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow - setting is right.

15.
 Layers - new raster layer - put your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
